Vietti Roero Arneis 2024

Vietti Roero Arneis 2024 (Vietti Arneis, Roero DOCG) is one of Piedmont's classic white wines, from the producer that helped save the Arneis grape. The 2024 has been rated 92 points by Wine Advocate.

Taste and ageing

Dry and fresh, with pear, citrus, white flowers and a lightly saline finish. It can be enjoyed now and kept for several years.

Vineyard and winemaking

The sandy soils of the Roero on the left bank of the Tanaro river give a fragrant, crisp wine. It is made in stainless steel to preserve its freshness and fruit.

About Vietti

Vietti is based in Castiglione Falletto in Barolo. In 1967 Alfredo Currado helped rescue Arneis, which was close to disappearing, and today the grape is once again one of Piedmont's best-known whites. The estate is also known for its single-vineyard Barolos.

Serve at 10–12 °C, ideally as the first glass of the evening.
