Delivery in Denmark

We only deliver within Denmark.

• Wines from our own warehouse: Usually 2–4 business days after ordering.
• Wines from our partner warehouse in Denmark: Usually 5–8 business days after ordering.

The delivery time is shown on the product page. The stated delivery times are for guidance only.

When your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking link by e-mail.

Shipping and collection

• GLS parcel shop: DKK 59. Free on orders over DKK 1,000.
• GLS home delivery: DKK 79.
• Collection by appointment: Free. Contact us at info@etiketwine.com before you order.

Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Safe transport

The bottles are packed securely for shipping and sent with GLS.

During periods of extreme heat or cold, delivery may take a little longer to protect the quality of the wine.

Damage or errors in delivery

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please write to info@etiketwine.com with your order number and a short description. Please attach photos, and keep the goods and packaging until we have agreed on the next steps.

Uncollected parcels

If you do not collect your parcel and it is returned to us, we may deduct the actual cost of the return shipment from any refund.
