These terms and conditions apply when you shop at etiket.dk.

2. Age limit and products

You must be at least 18 years old to buy wine from ETIKET.

The wines are delivered in the vintage stated in the product description. We will not deliver a different vintage without your consent.

Product images are for guidance only. Minor variations in labels, capsules and packaging may occur.

3. Ordering, prices and payment

All prices are in Danish kroner and include VAT and duties. Any shipping costs and the total price are shown before you complete your purchase.

Once we have accepted your order, you will receive an order confirmation by e-mail.

You can pay with the payment methods shown at checkout. For card payments, the amount is only charged when the goods are shipped.

We are not bound by obvious pricing errors that you realised or should have realised. If there are problems with stock levels or your order, we will contact you as soon as possible.

4. Discount codes and promotions

Discount codes and promotions apply on the terms and for the period stated with the offer. Unless otherwise stated, discount codes cannot be combined.

5. Delivery and collection

We only deliver within Denmark. The expected delivery time is:

Own warehouse: 2–4 business days.
Partner warehouse: 5–8 business days.

Delivery times are for guidance only, unless we have agreed otherwise with you.

Shipping prices:

GLS parcel shop: DKK 59. Free on orders over DKK 1,000.
GLS home delivery: DKK 79.
Collection by appointment: Free.

You will receive a tracking link when your order has been shipped. The risk for the goods passes to you when they have been delivered to you.

6. Right of withdrawal and returns

As a private customer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from receipt of the goods. You must notify us before the deadline expires and then return the goods no later than 14 days after notifying us.

You pay the return shipping yourself if you withdraw from the purchase.

7. Complaints about defects

You have a two-year right to complain under the Danish Sale of Goods Act. This covers faults and defects in the goods, but not damage caused by incorrect storage or handling after delivery.

Contact info@etiketwine.com within a reasonable time after discovering the fault. Please state your order number and describe the problem. Attach any photos, and keep the goods and packaging until we have agreed on the next steps.

If your complaint is justified, we will find a solution in accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act and cover reasonable and necessary return shipping costs.

8. Personal data

We process your personal data as described in our privacy policy. There you can read about how information is used in connection with ordering, payment and delivery, among other things.

9. Complaints and governing law

If you have a complaint, please contact us first at info@etiketwine.com.

If we cannot find a solution, you can submit a complaint to the Mediation Team for Consumer Complaints (Mæglingsteamet for Forbrugerklager) at Nævnenes Hus, Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg, via naevneneshus.dk, if the conditions for handling the complaint are met.

Purchases from ETIKET are governed by Danish law.

We may update these terms and conditions. Your purchase is governed by the terms that applied when you placed your order.
