Taste and ageing
Crisp and mineral, with citrus, green apples and a touch of salt. It can be enjoyed now and kept for 8 years or more.
Vineyard and winemaking
Chablis' Kimmeridgian limestone, full of fossilised oyster shells, gives the wine its characteristic minerality. Drouhin farms its Chablis vineyards organically and biodynamically.
About Joseph Drouhin
Maison Joseph Drouhin was founded in Beaune in 1880 and is still run by the Drouhin family. The house has vineyards across Burgundy, from Chablis to the Côte de Beaune, and is known for elegant, precise wines.
