Grattamacco Bolgheri Vermentino 2023 (Grattamacco Vermentino, Bolgheri DOC Vermentino) is among Tuscany's finest Vermentinos. The 2023 has been rated 94 points by both Jeb Dunnuck and Falstaff.

Taste and ageing

Citrus blossom, mandarin, pear, sage and wet stone, juicy and structured, with a lightly saline finish. It can be enjoyed now and kept for 8 years or more.

Vineyard and winemaking

The grapes come from Grattamacco's organically farmed vineyards in Bolgheri, 100–200 metres up and cooled by the sea breeze. A little time on the lees and a touch of oak add body and texture.

About Grattamacco

Grattamacco was founded in 1977 and was one of the first producers in Bolgheri, long before the area became known around the world. Today the estate belongs to Collemassari, which has carried on its original style.
