Taste and ageing

Golden and lively, with flowers, citrus and yellow fruit, dry and taut, with body and great length. Timorasso is known for its ability to age, and the 2023 will keep for 15 years or more.

Vineyard and winemaking

The grapes come from an east-facing vineyard in Berzano di Tortona in the Colli Tortonesi. The wine is fermented with skin contact and rests for 10 months on its lees in ceramic, which preserves its freshness.
