Vineyard and winemaking

The wine is 100% Pinot Noir from Grand Cru villages and is made with very little dosage, so the fruit and the chalk come through clearly.

About Bruno Paillard

Bruno Paillard founded his champagne house in Reims in 1981, making it one of the youngest great houses in Champagne. The house is known for low dosage, long ageing and for printing the disgorgement date on its bottles.

Serve at 8–10 °C in white wine glasses, ideally as the first glass of the evening.
