It can be enjoyed now and kept for 15 years or more.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003ch3\u003eVineyard and winemaking\u003c\/h3\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eContrada PC comes from PassoChianche, a narrow, terraced vineyard on Etna's northern slope at 950–1,000 metres. The wine is aged for 16 months in large casks and cement and bottled unfiltered. It is made in small quantities.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003ch3\u003eAbout Passopisciaro\u003c\/h3\u003e\n\u003cp\u003ePassopisciaro was founded by Andrea Franchetti, the man behind Tenuta di Trinoro in Tuscany, who in the early 2000s was one of the pioneers on Etna's northern slope.
